strategic strategic expert search tender to develop a strategic plan of the organization for 2024-2026 and an operational plan for 2024-2025, which provides:
- A two -day facilitated session with the participation of 8 key members of the organization (director, 2 project managers, 2 heads of departments, psychologists coordinator, technical support specialist and legal and financial support specialist) and an expert involved civil society ") in Lviv during the first month of the implementation of the project;
- Generalization of the facilitated session, clarification, supplement of diagnostic data by an expert involved in an online mode (by correspondence in messengers, mail and by calling to employees who participated in the facilitated session) during the first month of implementation of the project;

Infused, key employees of BF "sincere heart" and involved expert will be able to hold a facilitated session in 8 online meetings with a total of 16 hours on the Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Strategic documents can also be made online, while the documents themselves send an email electronically and a new mail in paper.
