RESULTS OF THE STRATEGIC SESSION APRIL 23-24, 2024

Charitable organization "Charitable Foundation "Schyre Sertse" with the support of ISAR Unity within the framework of the project "Initiative of sectoral support of the civil society of Ukraine", implemented by ISAR Unity in a consortium with the Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Research (UNCPD) and the Center for Democracy and the Rule of Law ( CEDEM) thanks to the sincere support of the American people, provided through the United States Agency for International Development, on April 23-24, 2024 invited an expert of the "Time of Change" platform to develop the Strategic Plan of the organization for 2024-2026 and Operational Plan for 2024-2025.

According to the results of the project implementation:

a two-day facilitated session was held with the participation of 8 key members of the organization (the director, 2 project managers, 2 department heads, a psychologist coordinator, a technical support specialist and a legal and financial support specialist) and an involved expert (according to the results of the tender selection on the "House of Civil Society" platform) in the city of Lviv;
The Strategic Development Plan for 2024-2026 and the Operational Plan for 2024-2025 were developed.
