For the implementation of the “Recovery Camp” project with the support of Neuapostolische Kirche-karitativ e.V. (NAK-karitativ), an open tender for procurement is announced:
LOT 1
Accommodation and Territory Rental
Accommodation in a hotel in Lviv and the Lviv region
- Number of people to be accommodated: 79
- Accommodation must meet a standard of no less than 3 stars
- Rooms: 2-3-4 bed rooms with amenities (bathroom, shower)
Territory Rental:
- A large room for joint, active events for 100 people (minimum 150 sq.m.)
- A conference hall for 30 people (60 sq.m.)
- An outdoor dome structure for 80 people (95 sq.m.)
- A meeting room for 2-3 people (20 sq.m.)
- Storage room for equipment
- Internet connection provision
Please provide the cost based on the price per person per day for accommodation and the cost of territory rental per day.
LOT 2
Catering
Organization of meals for participants of three six-day camps – 4 meals a day (breakfast buffet, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner):
- Number of participants per camp: 75 people
- Meals must include both meat and fish dishes
Organization of meals for organizers of six-day camps – 2 meals a day (lunch, dinner):
- Number of organizers per camp: 10 people
Organization of meals for participants and organizers of one-day camps – 2 meals a day (lunch, dinner):
- Number of participants and organizers per camp: 88 people
When creating the menu, please consider that the main camp participants are children.
Additionally, please provide:
- Drinking water in coolers throughout the day
- Hot tea: 8 hours/day available with disposable paper cups
For consideration of proposals, it is MANDATORY to provide a detailed MENU, separately:
- Four meals a day for 6 days of the camp
- Two meals a day for one-day camps
Please provide the cost based on the price:
- per participant of a six-day camp
- per organizer of a six-day camp
- per participant of a one-day camp
