Recovery Camp - psycho-emotional rehabilitation program for mothers and children

The charitable organization "Lviv Charitable Foundation 'Sincere Heart'" announces an open tender for the procurement of services for organizing accommodation, meals, and body-oriented therapy for participants of six six-day "Recovery Camp" camps, which will take place during May-August 2026.
The "Recovery Camp" camps are part of a systematic program of psychosocial support for children and families affected by war. The program aims to restore emotional state, reduce stress levels, and create a safe environment for recovery and social integration.
The purpose of the procurement is to engage reliable suppliers capable of ensuring a high level of service quality, safe conditions for participants' stay, and compliance with standards for organizing psychosocial support programs.
The tender includes procurement of the following services:
- accommodation for camp participants (comfortable and safe housing conditions)
- organization of comprehensive, balanced meals
- conducting body-oriented therapy (pool, sauna, salt room, aromatherapy)
Duration of each camp — 6 days.
Requirements for suppliers:
- experience in providing similar services (preferably in working with children, families, or social programs)
- availability of appropriate infrastructure for safe accommodation and conducting activities
- ability to ensure continuous service provision throughout the entire camp period
- compliance with sanitary, safety, and ethical standards
- readiness to work with vulnerable population categories

by April 23, 2026 inclusive, until 6:00 PM
