The charitable organization "Lviv Charitable Foundation 'Sincere Heart'" announces an open tender for the procurement of services for accommodation, catering, and body-oriented therapy for participants of six six-day "Recovery Camp" camps to be held during May-August 2026.
The "Recovery Camp" camps are part of a systemic psychosocial support program for children and families affected by the war. The program is aimed at restoring emotional well-being, reducing stress levels, and creating a safe environment for recovery and social integration.
The purpose of this procurement is to engage reliable service providers capable of ensuring a high level of service quality, safe conditions for participants, and compliance with the standards for organizing psychosocial support programs.
The tender covers the procurement of the following services:
- accommodation for camp participants (comfortable and safe lodging conditions)
- organization of comprehensive, balanced meals
- provision of body-oriented therapy (swimming pool, sauna, salt room, aromatherapy)
Duration of each camp: 6 days.
Requirements for service providers:
- experience in providing similar services (preferably in work with children, families, or social programs)
- availability of appropriate infrastructure for safe accommodation and event implementation
- ability to ensure uninterrupted service provision throughout the entire camp period
- compliance with sanitary, safety, and ethical standards
- willingness to work with vulnerable population groups

by April 23, 2026 inclusive, until 18:00
