Charitable Organization “Lviv Charitable Foundation ‘Sincere Heart’” announces an open tender for the procurement of game practitioners and camp facilitators services within the framework of the project “Recovery Camp — psycho-emotional rehabilitation camps”.

The tender is announced to ensure the high-quality delivery of игрові and facilitation activities aimed at the psycho-emotional recovery of children and families affected by war, the development of interaction, support of a safe environment, and strengthening of social ties.

The project is implemented within the grant program “Comprehensive Support for Children, Families and Communities Affected by War. Spring and Summer 2026”, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Representative Office of the Foundation for International Solidarity in Ukraine under the Psychosocial Program PRO_MentalHealth.


Period and Format of Service Provision

Services will be provided during the period from May to August 2026 and include participation in conducting 6 psycho-emotional support camps in the Lviv region, each lasting 6 days.

Camp participants are children and their mothers/guardians affected by war, including:

  • internally displaced families
  • families of military personnel
  • families of veterans
  • families of prisoners of war
  • families of missing persons

The work format includes daily implementation of game and facilitation activities lasting approximately 6–8 hours as part of a facilitators team, taking into account the number of participants and group dynamics.


Requirements for Tender Participants

Individual entrepreneurs and organizations are invited to participate if they have:

  • experience working with children and/or families
  • experience working with vulnerable groups, including people affected by war
  • practical experience in conducting game practices or group facilitation
  • understanding of principles for working with traumatic experiences

Experience in psychosocial or humanitarian programs will be considered an advantage.

Please note that the services do not involve psychotherapeutic intervention, but are implemented as part of comprehensive psychosocial support and in close cooperation with the camp psychologists team.

Submission of Proposals

To participate in the tender, applicants must provide:

  • registration documents
  • description of relevant experience
  • brief description of approach or methodology
  • price proposal
