Open Tender for Procurement of One-Day Camp Organization Services in the Carpathian Region

The charitable organization "Lviv Charitable Foundation 'Sincere Heart'" announces an open tender for the procurement of catering services and venue rental for one-day camps in the Carpathian region.
The procurement is carried out within the framework of a psychosocial support project for children and families affected by the war, in partnership with the International Charitable Organization "SOS Children's Villages" Ukraine. The project involves a series of off-site events aimed at creating a safe space for recovery, interaction, and family support.

Subject of Procurement

Catering services and venue rental for one-day camps in the Carpathian region, including:

  • rental of a venue for events;
  • catering for participants.

Implementation Period

May – August 2026

Scope of Services

The project includes:

  • 14 one-day camps;
  • up to 50 participants and up to 8 team members per event;
  • catering for up to 58 persons (including participants and team) per camp.

Location

Carpathian region, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (or other agreed locations within the region).

Key Requirements for Suppliers

The tender is open to business entities or other institutions and organizations that:

  • are registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and operate under relevant NACE codes;
  • have experience providing similar services;
  • have adequate material and technical resources;
  • can accommodate up to 60 persons simultaneously;
  • guarantee compliance with sanitary, safety, and organizational requirements.

Key Service Requirements

Venue:

  • suitable for events lasting up to 8 hours;
  • space available for group activities (recreational, psychological, creative);
  • adequate sanitary facilities (toilets, water);
  • safe conditions, including a shelter or a clear action plan in case of an air raid alert;
  • ability to divide the space into zones.

Catering:

  • full meal service for each participant;
  • catering for up to 58 persons;
  • hot meals available;
  • balanced menu;
  • consideration of age-related and dietary needs;
  • constant access to drinking water;
  • compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards.

  • tax status document;
