The charitable organization "Lviv Charitable Fund 'Sincere Heart'" announces an open tender for the procurement of catering services for participants and premises rental for single-day camps providing psychosocial support in the Carpathian region within the "Recovery Camp — camps for psycho-emotional rehabilitation" project.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to organize 14 single-day camps for children and their mothers or guardians during May–August 2026.

The camps aim to create a safe space for recovery, support, and socialization of children who suffered as a result of the war. The program includes games, creative, active, and psychosocial activities in a natural environment.

Within the tender, the following services are planned to be procured:

  • premises rental services for holding events;
  • catering organization services for participants.

Place of service provision: Ivano-Frankivsk region (Dolynsky, Kolomyia, and Nadvirna districts).

Business entities with relevant experience, necessary resources, and readiness to provide high-quality services in accordance with technical specifications are invited to participate in the tender.

Deadline for submission of proposals: May 15, 2026 at 18:00.
