Charitable Organization “Lviv Charitable Foundation ‘Sincere Heart’”
announces an open tender for the procurement of services for the organization and implementation
of one-day camps in the Carpathian region.
The procurement is carried out within the framework of a psychosocial support project for children
and families affected by war, in partnership with
“SOS Children’s Villages Ukraine”.
The project includes a series of off-site events designed to create a safe space for recovery,
interaction, and family support.
Subject of Procurement
Services for the organization and implementation of one-day camps in the Carpathian region, including:
- rental of a venue for conducting events;
- organization of meals for participants.
Implementation Period
May – August 2026
Scope of Services
Within the project, the following is planned:
- organization of 14 one-day camps;
- approximately up to 50 participants and up to 8 team members at each camp;
- meal provision for up to 58 persons (including participants and team members) at each event.
Location
Carpathian region, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
(or other agreed locations within the region).
Main Requirements for the Supplier
Business entities, institutions, or organizations are invited to participate if they:
- are registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and operate under relevant business activity codes;
- have experience providing similar services;
- have appropriate material and technical resources;
- can serve up to 60 persons simultaneously;
- guarantee compliance with sanitary, safety, and organizational requirements.
Main Requirements for Services
Venue
- suitable for events lasting up to 8 hours;
- availability of space for group activities (games, psychological, creative);
- availability of sanitary facilities (toilets, water);
- safe conditions, including shelter or an emergency plan in case of an air raid alert;
- possibility of zoning the space.
Meals
- organization of full meals for each participant;
- meal provision for up to 58 persons (including participants and team members);
- availability of hot meals;
- balanced menu;
- consideration of age-related and dietary needs;
- constant access to drinking water;
- compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards.
Proposal Submission Conditions
To participate in the tender, applicants must send:
- registration documents;
- document confirming tax status;
- completed price proposal (Appendix 1).
