The approach combines psychological support, play, somatic practices, and psychoeducation. The effectiveness of the approach is scientifically proven (research published in JAMA).

Why We Created Recovery Camp Academy

📚 KWIGA Online Platform

Duration: 3 modules, 6 lessons, 8 speakers

Each lesson includes video, text notes, a test, and additional materials.

📅 Flexible Learning Schedule

All materials are available online for one year. Lessons are 20-25 minutes long.

Weekly Zoom meetings with lecturers to discuss the material.
